Two Cultures, One Table
La Passion began with Chef Minh Tú's journey — quiet years of apprenticeship in Parisian kitchens, then a return to Hanoi carrying classical French technique alongside a purely Vietnamese heart.
Set within an 80-year-old colonial house at 24 Hàng Bè, La Passion is more than a restaurant. It is an unhurried dialogue between two cultures, told through each plate placed before you.

Philosophy
Our philosophy begins with an unwavering respect for local provenance. Each season, our menu is thoughtfully reimagined to honour what is finest from the Dalat highlands, the mountains of Sa Pa, and the Central Coast.

Wild mushrooms from Mộc Châu. Day-boat scallops from the Central Coast. Wagyu from trusted partner farms. Herbs gathered each morning from our private garden.
