La Passion began with Chef Minh Tú's journey — quiet years of apprenticeship in Parisian kitchens, then a return to Hanoi carrying classical French technique alongside a purely Vietnamese heart.

Graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, formerly of Alain Ducasse and Guy Savoy kitchens before returning to Hanoi in 2015 to open La Passion — a restaurant that brings the memory of two worlds onto one plate.

Moments Worth Sharing
The finest dining experience I've had in Hanoi. Duck Confit melted in the mouth, the ambiance warm and incredibly refined. Chef Minh Tú personally greeted us — that meant everything.
